Who Is Your Practioner?

Shirley Ann Burgess is a Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Rolfer, Certified Rolf Movement Prationer and Yoga/Movement Facilitatorr,she is committed to being the best practitioner possible and continues to advance her education to better serve those who seek these services.

The focus of her work is Rolfing, Structural Integration . She continues a limited massage practice and teaches Yoga to children ages 3-13 and adults at any age.

Shirley Ann maintains a daily practice of yoga and movement. Enjoying daily walks, cross country skiing, raising Jacob sheep, gardening, family life, being in community and having lots of fun.

She has dedicated her adult life to understanding the structure and function of body in gravity and its relationship ot other.

Certified Graduate of the Rolf Institute in Boulder Colorado and The Brazilian Rolfing Association of Brazil. Shirley Ann maintains a membership with the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration.

The Lawson House Inn is fully licensed as a Virginia Bed & Breakfast. Note: Kitchens in B&Bs in VA are exempt from health dept inspections.
